Tools

  • Muscle relief cream

  • Vibration pad

  • Cups

Benefits

  • Reduce or even eliminate pain caused by muscle tension;

  • Improve general condition;

  • Increase recovery potential after muscle injury;

  • Prevent the appearance of muscle or joint problems.

Massage process

To offer this type of massage, your massage therapists must have completed studies in kinesitherapy with or without studies in orthotherapy.

At the beginning of the meeting, your massage therapist will ask you questions to better understand your problem. A posture analysis could also be done. You will then be offered a session plan to massage one or more problematic areas.

Techniques available

During the session, your massage therapist may use techniques called mobilizations. They are intended to seek greater muscle amplitude in the treated area. These are gentle movements that will respect your physical limits.

We can also use other muscle relaxation techniques such as trigger points, deep tissue massage, etc.

Recommended duration

If you only have a painful area to treat, a 60 minutes massage will satisfy you. However if you prefer to have time to relax the rest of your body, we suggest the 90 minutes or the 120 minutes.
