Amélie Kogovsek, kinesitherapist and orthotherapist
As long as she can remember, Amélie always loved to take care of people and help them. This is why she studied to get her university diploma in sexology at UQÀM. She was now able to help people at a psychological level.
Then, she changed path and went to work for the family business for 14 years, specifically in project management.
During the 2020 pandemic, the need to help people came back stronger then before. Amélie decided to go back to school and study to become a massage therapist. She started her studies to be able to give relaxation massages. Because Amélie wanted to do more than only reducing stress, she continued her study to offer therapeutic massages and is now a kinesitherapist and orthotherapist.
Wheter you're looking for a moment to relax or if you want to get rid of tensions that make you suffer, Amélie will adapt to your needs. Her number one priority is to help you feel better by using her knowledge during the massage.

Hubert Jr Saintilien, physiotherapist and orthotherapist
Since August 2022, Hubert joined our team. He obtained his certifications as a kinesitherapist and orthotherapist. Hubert studied the massage techniques related to sports and is able to offer you different techniques such as cupping therapy, neuro-proprioceptive taping and myoflussing (an elastic band used to reinforce your muscles).
Hubert can help your muscles to be ready before a sporting events or to help them relax after.
One of his favorite massage type is deep tissues so if you want to try this technique, it's time to book your appointment!
Hubert is really pationnate, funnny and caring. He always wants to go above and beyond his cutsomers needs to help them. Because he practices different sports, he is well aware of the problems that can occur and give you tips.
Hubert will be at the clinic on Mondays and Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Passionnée par la massothérapie, l’accompagnement vers un mieux-être pour chacun lui tient à cœur.
Elle évolue dans le domaine du bien-être depuis 8 ans, et possède des formations en France, orientées dans le bien-être et la détente, et au Québec (masso-kinésithérapeute), où elle a découvert l‘aspect thérapeutique qui vient approfondir ses connaissances et sa pratique.
De part cette expérience, elle combine l’aspect intuitif pour la détente et thérapeutique pour soulager les douleurs, pour lui permettre une approche holistique et répondre au mieux à vos besoins.
